Additional 120 volt, 20 amp circuits are available for an extra fee of $25.00 each. One 240 volt, either 30 amp or 50 amp is available for an extra fee of $50.00. Please make your selection below: 120 volts, 20 amps (furnished by Festival) Additional 120 volts, 20 amps, extra fee of $25.00 applies 240 volts, 30 amps: 4 wire receptacle, extra fee of $50.00 applies 240 volts, 50 amps: 4 wire receptacle, extra fee of $50.00 applies • The food vendor is responsible for supplying their own electrical power cord of sufficient length (minimum of 60 feet), size (minimum 14 awg), and amperage. • The food vendor is responsible for the cord needed to convert our 4 wire receptacle to a 3 wire, if needed (per national electrical code & Ashe County Inspections Department). • The on-site electrician or the Ashe County Electrical Inspector must approve Vendor ’s electrical equipment before they can use our power source. Prices include 120v electric and West Jefferson Town Privilege License Fee. Health Dept. Fee and Fire Marshall Fee to be paid by Vendor upon acceptance and inspection. 12x12: $250.00 if paid by 5/15/15, $300.00 after 5/15/15 12x24: $350.00 if paid by 5/15/15, $450.00 after 5/15/15 Cleanup Deposit: $100 per 12x12 space (Separate check from application fee) I will need an additional 120v circuit and agree to add $25.00 to below total.
