What is Rheology ?
Rheology is the science of flow and deformation of matter.
The relationship between stress and deformation is a property of
the material. We can therefore define Rheology as the study of
stress-deformation relationships.
What is a Rheometer?
An instrument that measures both viscosity and viscoelasticity of fluids,
semi-solids and solids

Thermal Analysis techniques are applicable to most material

DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry)


A technique in which the heat flow rate (Power) to the
sample is monitored against time or temperature while the
temperature of the sample, in a specified atmosphere, is
programmed.
