Sample Case: Anheuser-Busch InBev
Anheuser-Busch InBev is a Belgian-Brazilian multinational beverage and

brewer Anheuseur-Busch InBev's portfolio includes global brands like
Budweiser, Beck's and Brahma, smaller multi-country brands like Leffe and
Hoegaarden,
and
regional

such
as
Bud
Light.
Anheuser-Busch InBev is thinking about acquiring Grupo Modelo, Mexico's
leading brewer and owner of the global Corona brand.
The CEO has hired you to do an analysis of the feasibility of this acquisition. He
would like to know whether it is a good idea to do this acquisition, and if so, at
what price should he be making the bid?
Sample Case: Analysis Structure
Is it feasible?
Grupo Modelo

AB Resources
Should A-B InBev
acquire Grupo
