Parent Portal Information

Parents will be able to see and print a report, by month, of what
each student has been eating. This is the same information that
displays on the Point Of Sale>Account>Journal Tab for each patron.
They’ll also be able to see deposits, transfers, reversals and
balances.

Balance Letter Wizard




An alternative to the default Low Balance Letter
(Point of Sale>Reports>Patron Balance
Utilizes new enhanced Letter Wizard features
Allows you to sort by name, grade, balance or
homeroom
Allows you to create different letters for different
eligibility levels (adult, free, reduced, student)
and to use a Blank Header to accommodate
letterhead.
