All work must be handed in between 9am and 9.45am on the morning of the sale
Unsold work must be collected at 4pm on the day of the sale.
Works
Picture (framed) Maximum of 1 – no larger than 66cm x 50cm. No Price limit.
Unframed pictures and Prints Maximum of 5 prints or pictures (or combination of both)
– no larger than 66cm X 50cm. Crystal wrapped.
Unframed picture not to exceed £100, Prints – Maximum price £50.
Craft - Up to 10 items, unique stuffed toys acceptable. Items made from Kits
are not permissible.
Cards – Table top Facility available.
There will be no catalogue or insurance cover. Artists exhibit at their own risk.
Disclaimer
Labels
Labels should be attached to the front of both framed, unframed pictures and prints and
should include the Artist’s name, title, medium and price. Clearly state if a Print
Craft items should be labelled with name, title and price (attached securely).
CV Book
You may include your details in the CV book.
Fees
50p per unframed picture, print or craft item, £2 per framed picture. Cards - £5 per table.
Commission 20% on each work sold.
