Abstract
AIM:
This project is aimed to automate the operations of Mobile Service
Providers. Customers/Company representatives logging in may also access/search
any information of mobile related service.
This ambitious service uses state-of-the-art technology to attain global
excellence and leadership in business. Our entry into this sector has brought mobile
service at an affordable cost to the common man. All serving a single objective, to
provide better communication to millions across India.
This Customer service leads to have a good response for services and it
can make users enroll as customers within months of launch this service.
Purposed System:
The Proposed system is a browser which is completely related to internet
browsing. The web enabled information management system designed to automate
the entire operations of a modern technology. Mobile Service Provider and
Operational Portal allow multi-divisional, multi-department system handling that
includes various Services.

Existing System:
The Existing system is a computerized system contains all the details
of the mobile services providers are maintained in the individual databases. If
customer wants the information they must keep a request to the admin authority
and get the information. It’s a time delay process. And maintaining all the records
in Excel sheets and paradox, clipper. If they want any record they have to search
all the records. The whole process is now manually controlled. This requires
maintaining the records of the queries coming from the corporate in the paper.

plans provided by the company.

provided by the company.
d. Recharge Offers:Here the External user can view the different Recharge offers
provided by the company.
e. Stores:Here the External user can view the different Mobile stores of
the company in different Locations.

1. Billing: It show the customer about the Billing
of his account no. The customer here can view
the billing part and get a receipt.
2. Payment: Shows the payment type means by
credit or by check the customer is going to pay
the Company.
3. Bill Plan: Shows the bill plan means the
customer is using which type of plan of the
company. What is his charged amount and
what is the price he is using both for same
mobile and for other mobiles.
4. Here the customer can make a complaint to the
company directly if he/she feel any updation or
any issue he is having.
