Executive Board
• If you are interested in being part of the
leadership of SWS through the Executive
Board, you must fill out an application to
be an Associate or Analyst.
– We will be deciding on Executive Board members in late
February or early March.
– Executive Board members also have the opportunity to sit
on the Investment Board.
what we’re looking for
• Analysts:
– Leadership ability
– Knowledge of the
industry
– Dedication and passion
for investing
– Organizational and
analytical skills
– Commitment to SWS
• Associates:
– Interest in the industry
– Willingness to learn
– Commitment to SWS
The function of Analysts and Associates
will be to produce investment
recommendations to an Investment
Board. The analysis and work done is
similar to the work done on the
Investment Project, though on a more
in-depth scale with greater
implications.
All positions will be for a semester; upon a new
semester, you may decide to apply for a higher
position, take on a new role in a different industry,
or opt to stay an SWS Member.
Because we are a new organization, we
expect that some Analysts who are
chosen will also sit on the first
Investment Board.*
* In the future, we expect to choose Investment Board members on
the basis of their work within the Industry Teams.
