CEO Dewan Abdullah , Ph.D
Dr. Dewan Abdullah is the CEO and Managing Director of DEWAN EXPRESS (Pvt.) Ltd. Dr. Abdullah has
attained his PHD in Aviation Management from Greenwich University. He also has a MBAA degree from
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University along with MBA in Marketing & Finance. He was named the Alumni of
the year 2004.
Dr. Abdullah has worked with numerous aircraft manufacturers and conducted extensive feasibility study with
Air Bus, Boeing, ATR, Bombardier, and Embraer to introduce the best fleet design that would cater to both
domestic and regional travelers at lowest possible cost while providing exceptional services. His motto is
“Value for Money”. He worked with UniSys a reputable international consultancy and research firm to conduct
market study and gap analysis. Dr. Abdullah has also worked closely with CAA Pakistan.
Dr. Abdullah is a Director at Dewan Mushtaq Group and was the key individual to introduce Hyundai and Kia
into the Pakistani market. He has been teaching as a visiting faculty member in a reputable local university.

Dewan Express has been managed by Dr. Dewan Abdullah and his professional
team since Feb 2014. Dr.Dewan Abdullah's research work is based on Unified
Aircraft Policy (UAP) for LCC operation in Pakistan. He is preparing to start actual
airline operation based on UAP from 2016. Dewan Express has received license
category II from Civil Aviation Authority Pakistan. The professional team of pilots,
aircraft maintenance, administrators and other team members related to financial
operation have already been placed.
Dewan Express has plan to start domestic operation initially with three aircraft and
plans to increase the number of aircraft in the following years at the rate of two
aircraft per annum.
Dewan Express plans to enlist th company at Pakistan Stock Exchange within a few
years.
