DESCRIBE USING POETRY, THE MUSIC EXPERIENCE OF A SYNAESTHETE
Write an acrostic poem to describe how you think a sonic boom might be experienced by someone who has
synaesthesia.
Some people experience sound as colours. This is known as sound synaesthesia. Find out about ‘the speed
of sound’, what a sonic boom is and some of the things that can create them. How do you think someone
who experiences sound synaesthesia might experience these sonic booms?
