Giancarlo Sestini - chartered accountant. He is an accounting auditor, graduated in
Economics and skilled in extraordinary business financial operations. Main activity:
insolvency procedures, groups’ reorganization, private equity, M&A, design of Due
Diligence for the vendor and the buyer, debt restructuring, CTU and CPT, economic and
financial consultant for several Authorities and Diplomatic Corps. He also managed as
director of some public companies. Mayor and accounting auditor for several Italian
main companies.
Paolo Campobasso - spent much of his professional life between Italy and USA. He has a
Degree in Strategic Science at the Military Academy of Modena. He decided to leave the
Army as Captain, in order to join the General Electric. Chief Security Officer at UniCredit,
Senior Vice President & Group Chief Security Officer at Finmeccanica. Expert in Physical
Security, ICT Security, Information Security, Business Continuity & Crisis and fraud
Management / OSINT (Open Source Intelligence).
Luca Fusco - chartered accountant. Tax and business organization consultant (especially for
the marine transport and the linked services). Main skills: legal auditor for some main Italian
companies, national and international tax planner, litigation supporter, government
authorities’ relation skilled, experience in business process implementation, practiced in
Internal Auditing and in discipline of the companies’ legal responsibility in accordance with
the Italian Legislative Decree 231/01.

Luigi Ricci - marketer and public affair - Statistician. He graduated in Statistics at
the University of Florence. He has a long professional experience in businesses
strategy consulting, marketing, competitive intelligence and new product
development.
