lifestyle and golf. It stocks apparels, footwear, sports equipment, golf and accessories of world famous
brands like Nike, Reebok, Adidas, New Balance, Umbro, Caterpiller, Body Sculpture Mizuno, Maxfli,
Carlton to name a few. RSH is also sold licenses for known fashion brand like ZARA, Mango, Bebe,
Womens Secret, Novo etc in this territory.



Establish the presence of RSH, Golf House and fashion store across east Malaysia.
Build the retail from the beginning - Retail business planning, annual business planning, Retail team
building, cost control and achieve aggressive growth objectives.

Retail:

o Identifying and ordering apparel & footwear as per the season and trends for all 52 stores.
o Coordination with production team for consistence supply and warehouse for timely
placement of merchandise to all 52 shops.
o Identifying slow moving and fast moving merchandise from the Retail Stores.
o Achieve defined sales target for brands from retail Stores.
o Ensuring stock to sales ratio of apparel and footwear at retail Stores.
o Regular visit to stores and encouraging Staff to achieve the defined sale target for the
brand.
o Organizing additional incentive scheme/promotions at shop level to push brand sales.
o To involve marketing department to implement new promotion and in-store event for the
retail stores.
o Brand training to retail staff on quarterly basis, which include technical training, customer
care, grooming, events etc.
Wholesale:
o Preparing product presentation and arranging sample of all the pipeline product
(Footwear/Apparel) to wholesale department for pre booking.
o Presentation to all the distributor/dealer panel for the pre-booking.
o Consolidating and placing the wholesale orders after clubbing it with the retail orders and
ensuring the timely arrival of the product.

promotion/promotion material/product information/technical information.

o Follow up and correspondence with principal for forecast, order calendar catalogue, bulk
orders, reporting, market information.

o Preparing presentation for principal visits to RSH with required data, presentation, shops and
Visuals.
o Data maintaining for licensee brands as per requirement of each principal.
