Maxwell Football Club Announces 50 New Jersey Mini Max Winners
SOUTHAMPTON, Pa. (December 9, 2013) – The Maxwell Football Club, presenters of the nation’s most
prestigious college football awards, announced the recipients of the New Jersey Mini Max Awards today.
A total of 50 of the Garden State’s top high school football players will be honored next month at the
Third Annual Mini Max Awards Dinner.
Mini Max Award recipients represent the best of New Jersey High School football both on and off the
field. Honorees are selected based on their performance on the gridiron, in the classroom and in their
communities. High school football coaches from around the state were allowed to nominate one
student-athlete from their program that best represented the selection criteria.
“The Maxwell Football Club is proud to recognize the finest high school football players in the state of
New Jersey,” said Maxwell Football Club President and former Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Ron
Jaworski. “Our selection committee has worked hard in identifying the very best of New Jersey High
School Football.”
The New Jersey Mini Max Awards Dinner will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2014 at the Heldrich
Hotel, New Brunswick, N.J. At the conclusion of the ceremony the Maxwell Football Club will present
one of the 50 Mini Max Award winners with the prestigious NJ Player of the Year Award. The winner will
be eligible for the Jim Henry National Player of the Year Award to be announced at the Maxwell Football
Club National Awards Gala on March 12, 2014 at Harrah’s Atlantic City.
Tickets to the New Jersey Mini Max Awards Dinner are open to the public and can be purchased on
www.maxwellfootballclub.org. The non-profit organization also has sponsorship opportunities available.
The Maxwell Football Club is an organization involved not only in football at all levels but the community
in general, not just once a year, but all year. It’s an organization dedicated to the concept that young
people are the potential of this nation. The Maxwell Football Club wants to help young people realize
that potential, as leaders now, and as the future leaders of this country.
