Maxwell Football Club Announces 50 New Jersey Mini Max Winners SOUTHAMPTON, Pa. (December 9, 2013) – The Maxwell Football Club, presenters of the nation’s most prestigious college football awards, announced the recipients of the New Jersey Mini Max Awards today. A total of 50 of the Garden State’s top high school football players will be honored next month at the Third Annual Mini Max Awards Dinner. Mini Max Award recipients represent the best of New Jersey High School football both on and off the field. Honorees are selected based on their performance on the gridiron, in the classroom and in their communities. High school football coaches from around the state were allowed to nominate one student-athlete from their program that best represented the selection criteria. “The Maxwell Football Club is proud to recognize the finest high school football players in the state of New Jersey,” said Maxwell Football Club President and former Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Ron Jaworski. “Our selection committee has worked hard in identifying the very best of New Jersey High School Football.” The New Jersey Mini Max Awards Dinner will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2014 at the Heldrich Hotel, New Brunswick, N.J. At the conclusion of the ceremony the Maxwell Football Club will present one of the 50 Mini Max Award winners with the prestigious NJ Player of the Year Award. The winner will be eligible for the Jim Henry National Player of the Year Award to be announced at the Maxwell Football Club National Awards Gala on March 12, 2014 at Harrah’s Atlantic City. The Maxwell Football Club is an organization involved not only in football at all levels but the community in general, not just once a year, but all year.
