February 2014 Minutes
The meeting minutes for February were
reviewed and approved. Laura Fennimore
moved to approve and Anne Sillaman
seconded the motion. Motion carried
Nothing to report.
Projected budget remains at $9805.00. No
revenue since April, but on schedule for
yearly revenue. We will raffle off “The
Fault of Our Stars” movie and/or book at
the next meeting. $300.00 will be reserved
for Anna to attend the Leadership
Weekend.

President Elect and Treasurer are up for reelection.
Currently about 350 members. Virtual
Community helps to keep track for us.
Camp dates May 30, 31st and June 1st.
Applications for campers and volunteers
are available via VC.
Superhero theme to denote “everyday
superheroes.” Characters dressed up and
played games with campers. Robin Cole
(former Steeler) was the celebrity that
attended. 48 campers/guests and 50
volunteers. An Anne Kaufman quilt with
the various colors of cancer, was won by a
patient and then given to Mary B.
Anna and Anne need to produce and
submit asap. We are behind for the year.
Typically completed 3X’s per year (every
4 months)
Cookbook: we currently have 50 recipes,
but we need a total of 80.
Reviewed standing rules:
#8 – board members should not miss more
than 3-4 meetings per year. Several of our
members have already violated this rule.
Chapter members are encouraged to attend
as many meetings/programs as possible.
Leadership Weekend: 7/25-7/27 at Station
Square Sheraton.
Hillman reserved for Sept. 9th for the
