Hayman Ltd process, pack and distribute a range of drinks, fine alcohols and solvents for the
drinks, pharmaceutical, food, flavours and fragrances industries. Customers included M&S,
Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, Diageo, Allied Distillers, 3M and GSK.















Strategy and policy for Supply Chain, from procurement of raw materials to delivery
of final product.
Accountability for Operations including Safety, Security ( Bonded Warehouse ),
Procurement, Planning, Production, Storage, HMRC, and Distribution. Capital
Expenditure and stock management were under my control. Turnover £26m.
Commercially responsible for Hayman Partner Bottling.
Cost Reductions year on year ( £250k minimum ), in Supply Chain and Operationally.
Achieved profitable growth in Hayman Partner Bottling ( £150k ).
Delivered topline growth through increasing customer base and sales from declining
volumes.
Restructured organisation to improve accountability, communication & reduce costs.
