ASM Assembly Systems lands Service Excellence Award
11th Win in the Screen Printing Category
On February 24th at the APEX event in San Diego, California, ASM Assembly Systems’
Printing Solutions Division (DEK) was honored with its 11th Service Excellence Award
in the Screen Printing category.
Among participating suppliers in this important
awards program, ASM’s DEK team is distinguished by its prolific record as the only
printing solutions provider to have earned 11 such honors and one of only two
industry suppliers to have achieved this historic 11-win milestone.

Unlike other award programs where winners are determined by a select group of judges, the
Service Excellence Awards are voted on by participants’ customers and evaluation covers a
wide range of technology and support categories, including:
dependability, quality,
responsiveness, technology and value for price. This is the only electronics industry contest
that analyzes suppliers in the crucial area of customer service, enabling participants to
evaluate how they compare to peers in customer satisfaction.
Customers that take part in the assessment are asked to rank suppliers in the five
aforementioned categories on a scale of 1 to 7, with 7 being excellent. This year, ASM’s
Printing Solutions Division scored a cumulative average of 6.6 out of 7 and came in first
place in each of the five categories. Those surveyed also shared candid comments about
their experience with DEK products and service in relation to the specific areas of
evaluation:
