worksheet(s) from an ULLS-G database.
ACTION STATEMENT: Prepare maintenance forms using The Army Maintenance
Management System (TAMMS) and Unit Level Logistics
System (ULLS).
STANDARD: Prepare equipment maintenance and inspection worksheet(s), identifying
all inaccuracies, errors, and procedures that do not comply with
DA PAM 738-750, within 30 minutes.

VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARDS IAW AR 385-55
2.7 GENERAL (EXCERPT)
a. Before vehicle dispatch, commanders or the representatives will ensure
the drivers perform BEFORE, DURING and AFTER PMCS checks
to prevent the following conditions:
SAFETY:
(1) Improper functioning or adjustment of steering, lights, windshield
wipers, horns, warning signals, side and rear view mirrors….
(2) Improper condition of windshields, windows, mirrors, lights,
reflectors, or other safety devices that are broken, cracked discolored,
or covered with frost, ice, snow, dirt, mud, or grime.
(5) Any condition likely to cause injuries to personnel, or failure of
a component. Examples: worn or cut tires, cracked wheel hubs, worn
or frayed tiedown straps….
NOT MISSION CAPABLE (NMC):
(3) Defective, inoperable, or out-of-adjustment service or parking brakes.
(4) Leaks. Vehicles with any gasoline leak, or a Class III diesel, oil, or
water leak will be NMC until repaired.

MAKE THE FOLLOWING WALK-AROUND CHECKS:
EXTERIOR OF VEHICLE
a. Visually check for obvious damage to the body and cab
that would impair operation.
b. Visually check for under inflated and unserviceable tires
(including the spare). Check tires for leaks, cuts, gouges,
cracks, or bulges. Remove all penetrating objects.
c. Look under vehicle for evidence of fluid leakage (fuel, oil
brake fluid, and coolant).
d. Check condition of:
(1) Windshield and windows
(2) Windshield wiper arms and blades
(3) Mirrors
