FINANCES/BUDGET/TAXES
 VP Finance transitioned from Daniel O'Connor to Andrew Green in July.
 2015 Budget Year to Date
o As of November 30, 2015:
• Gross Expenses = $80,227.91
• Gross Income = $86,872.71
• Net = Positive $6,644.80
 2016 Budget will be finalized January 19th.
 Amended Tax Return for 2014 Tax Submission completed;
• $50 discrepancy in 2013 filed taxes identified during 2014 tax preps;
• Self Reported – No penalty incurred;
 In 2016, Planning to post monthly financial reports on Chapter Website;
CHAPTER OPERATIONS
WEB SITE HOSTING CHANGE
 Previous Vendor was not providing adequate availability, reliability & functionality
 There were numerous issues with sending out email blasts as well as login and
meeting registration issues.
 Site administration was clunky and difficult to use
 Web platform did not offer functionality to help facilitate, manage and promote
sponsorships.
