The trainee is expected to attend lessons at the
beginning to learn the way the tenured teacher
teaches and in the time out of lessons helps the
teacher in projecting the topics of the following
days. This could be for the first month, the first
month and half. From the second month on, the
trainee could start teaching in class at the
beginning for few minutes, and later on for more
times until she would be able to do almost a
complete lesson or more. This will always happen
under the monitoring of the tenured teacher and
with his/her help.
