Spring Break Soccer Camp 2014
NEW! We are pleased to announce our Spring Break Camp for our U8-U11 boys and girls age groups run
by our Assistant Technical Director Kevin Julian. Registration will open February 15. Limited space is
available, register early!
Spring Development 2014
We are once again running our popular Spring Development program for the U5–U10 age levels (boys
and girls). The sessions will run once a week, beginning in mid April and ending in early June. This
program is open to new registrants and to our currently registered players. Cost of the program is $65
for players who played with Cliff Avenue in the Fall 2013-14 season, and $80 for new players (this
includes a new jersey, shorts, socks and ball). Please register early to avoid disappointment. All players
must wear their Cliff uniforms and bring their ball to all sessions. Full details, along with the registration
link are now posted on our Club website.
New Registration system- Sports Logic
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new database program Sports Logic. Effective
immediately, when registering for a program with CAUFC, you will need to create a new account.
New this year, cheques will not longer be accepted. We will only be accepting Visa and Mastercard as
method of payments. If you are without online access or credit cards, please ask a friend, relative,
employer or via your local library or online with a pre paid credit card which can be purchased at many
local establishments eg. Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc…

Partnership with Soccer Express
Cliff Avenue United FC is pleased to announce our new partnership with Soccer Express! See the press
release link on our website and the newly launched merchandise store to shop online. With the store
only a short 10 minute drive from north Burnaby, all purchases made in store will offer all CAUFC
members a 10% off all purchases. Please visit our website for the link to the official press release and

Registration and Evaluations for the Fall 2014-2015 season
On-line registration for the Fall 2014-2015 season will open April 1st.
Notification of registration opening will be sent out by e-mail to all current registrants and will be posted
on our web site. Please check our website often, and do register early, as every year our registration fills
up very quickly.
Divisional registrants (U11-U18) will require evaluations before registering. Evaluation dates and
information is now posted and is updated daily. Please note, players are required to pre-register for the
evaluations.
Child Fitness Tax Credit
At the time of registration, participants received an e-mail confirmation, which served as your official tax
receipt. This receipt can be used for the child fitness tax credit for your 2012 tax return. No separate
receipts will be issued. If you require a copy, please email registrar@cliffavenuesoccer.com

Presidents Message
As the 2012/13 Season has now drawn to a close, I wanted to take this moment to sincerely thank
everyone involved in our Club for their positive contributions this past season – our players, our
parents, our coaches, our staff, our coordinators, our directors – everyone collaborated extremely well
to make it yet another very successful season for Cliff Avenue across many fronts. I’d like to especially
single out all of our Coaches. We have well over 200 Volunteer Coaches on our Club who all do an
amazing job in giving back to our young players. They volunteer countless hours throughout the entire
season, all for the benefit of the kids and their soccer development, many of whom also Coach multiple
teams on our Club. Their efforts must not go unnoticed or unrecognized by us all, so to all of our
Coaches a sincere THANK YOU for all that you do! In closing, we wish you all the very best over the offseason, and look forward to having everyone back in the Fall for our 2013/2014 season.
