“I Can Statements”:
Grade 6:

Outline:






For this project you will work in groups of 2-4.
Your group must choose at least one song and dance from each decade (1950’s –
Present) to perform for the class in combination.
You must have a minimum of 7 songs/dances and a maximum of 15 songs/dances.
Start by researching some “fad dances” from each decade and find appropriate songs
from the same decades to accompany the dances your group selects.

dance” videos found on YouTube, but please do not copy the videos.
