The Recruiter will design and lead, in consultation with the business and HR, a superior resourcing strategy which will deliver the highest performing candidates, whilst driving a market leading candidate and hiring manager experience. Responsibilities Ensure a consistent and high level communication plan in place so business and hiring managers are always aligned with current activity, progress and any potential road blocks. Maximize understanding of attrition, trends, business & people strategy and feedback to inform the stakeholders to adjust resourcing, attraction, assessment and selection strategies to ensure consistency of process and maximize effectiveness Involvement in regular service reviews with the stakeholders to review performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs Partner with the internal resourcing function and hiring manager to ensure that the appropriate candidate attraction strategy is in place against skills and headcount demand. Develop strategies to drive direct hiring, employer brand and market perception. Supports the up-skilling of hiring managers and business leaders with related resourcing knowledge/skills and expertise and tools to drive more relevant hiring decisions. Skills & Experience Excellent experience in Recruitment specialist role with experience of working in a fastmoving, diverse and complex business Solid appreciation and understanding of attraction strategies, incorporating initiatives such as EVP (Employee Value Proposition) Strong operational knowledge of end-to-end ‘best practice’ recruitment Demand/attraction/selection methodologies Well-developed senior stakeholder management. Excellent negotiation, communication, influencing skills. Skilled in the planning and execution of recruitment projects. Understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques Well-developed business relationship and organizational diagnostic skills and techniques Experience of internal consultancy and facilitation skills.
