Project Objectives: To successfully complete the Research project within the given time
frame.
Main Project Success Criteria: Selecting team members who are fit to perform their
individual roles, as well as work in a team environment to work towards successfully
completing the project at hand.
Approach: The project is halted until successful team candidates are selected, so
prioritizing team member selection is one of the most crucial steps to completing the
project. Once team members have been picked, roles will need to be assigned to
individuals, and they must work together as a team, each contributing equally to help
maintain the project’s success.
