1. Where can I return my online appliance order?

Online merchandise can be returned in several ways:

To ensure timeliness, products may be shipped to you from other Sears
Holdings companies or from other retailers. Please be sure to follow the
return processes and procedures enclosed on the packing slips with these
items.
2. Where can I return my appliance that was purchased at a Sears Home
Appliance Showroom in the Greater Houston area?

You may return your appliance to the Houston based Sears Distribution
Center after contacting the Sears Home Appliance Showroom where it
was originally purchased.

3. What if I find a lower price somewhere else or after I place my order?
Price Match Plus
 If you find a lower price on an identical branded item with the same
features (in Consumer Electronics identical brand and model number)
currently available for sale at another local competitor's retail store,
Sears will match that price and give you 10% of the difference. Just bring
in the original advertisement to a sales associate at the time of, or within
14 days after, your purchase.

Q: Do you match limited quantity offers by local competitors?
A: No, our policy does not apply to local competitor limited quantity offers.
Q: What if the local competitor item is not listed as being limited
quantity, but the item is not in stock?
A: If a local competitor is out of stock of the particular item, we will not
match the local competitor price. ‘In stock’ means that the item is available
for same day pickup or can be delivered within 7 days by the competitor. We
reserve the right to call the local competitor to verify if the item is in stock.
Q: Can I combine a price match with a separate promotion from Sears?
A: In order to determine if a price match is appropriate, Sears will determine
the final Sears price by factoring in any sales, rebates or coupons and
comparing that price to the local competitor price.
Q: Can special offers (financing, delivery, installation, etc) at a
competitor be price matched?
A: We only match a competitor price. We do not match a competitor
financing or deferred interest offers, deliver or installation offers.
Q: Does Sears price match limited time promotions, such as early
opening specials or doorbusters?
A: No, if the competitor promotion has duration of less than 6 hours, it is
excluded from our price match policy.
Q: Do you price match specials around Thanksgiving?
A: No, we do not match local competitor Thanksgiving, day after
Thanksgiving, Saturday after Thanksgiving, Sunday after Thanksgiving, or
Monday after Thanksgiving. These offers are typically limited in time and
quantity.
Q: What proof is required to obtain a price match?
A: Customers are required to provide the competitor current advertisement.
Photocopies will not be accepted. In addition, the product must be in stock or
deliverable within 7 days and we may call the store to verify price and
availability.
Q: What do you consider to be a local competitor retail store?
A: Local competitor retail store refers to a store that is in the same market
and/or within a reasonable distance of our store.
Q: Are Sears services or protection agreements eligible for price
matching?
A: Due to the differences in services being performed, Sears does not match
competitor's service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such
as delivery, installation and assembly. Sears does not price match protection
agreements.
Q: Will Sears match its own prices?
A: Yes, however Sears will not match "online only" pricing for any retailer
including any online Sears Holdings formats. To determine if a sears.com
product is online only, click on the product description. Under the Sears Price
Protection Policy, Sears will adjust a customer price if the item goes on sale
up to 14 days after the initial purchase. See the Price Protection Policy for
details. *We do not price match merchandise from Sears Outlet Stores.
Q: How do you handle a price match if the Sears price includes a
promotional offer such as a free gift card or rebate?
A: The Sears net purchase price is calculated by deducting the value of all
instant and mail-in discounts such as rebates, free offers and promotional gift
cards. Existing rebates and free offers associated with a product purchased at
Sears will not apply if a price match is executed.
Q: Does Sears match prices of Internet retailers?
A: Sears will match prices of an Internet retailer that has a local retail store
honoring its own online prices. Sears will not match prices of Internet-only
retailers. Web-exclusive or "Online Only" prices are also exempt from price
matching. Eligible items must be the same brand and model (identical item
for Consumer Electronics), and currently in stock at the local competitor's
store. For purchases made online at Sears.com, please fill out a Price Match
form.

Q: What exclusions apply to the Sears Price Match Plus Policy?
A: Sears Price Match Plus Policy does not apply to parts, Sears Licensed
partner websites, digital services, Sears Presents and Shop At Home catalogs.
Stores in Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will not match any online prices.
4. Do I have to pay for delivery or can I pick it up?
 Yes, there is an addition charge to have the appliance delivered to
the home. The delivery will include setting up all free standing
appliances and hauling away the old unit.

You can pick up the appliance for no additional charge at the
Houston Sears Distribution Center. However, if you decided to
return the item for any reason you must return the item to the
Sears Distribution Center and pay a restocking fee. In addition, the
manufactory warranty will be voided when customer picks up
appliances at the Sears Distribution Center.
5. Can I pay my bill at a Sears Home Appliance Showroom?
 Yes, check or cash only. Also, you must have either your Sears’s
statement or Sears’s charge card available to pay the payment.
6. What if I’m not sure a new appliance will fit in the current opening?
 You can schedule a FREE in home appointment with a Sears
representative to inspect the appliance space and offer solutions.
7. What is the difference between a Sears Master Protection Agreement and
a Manufactory Warranty?
