Creativity may lead to earning extra credit. 2. Fitness Goal Setting Project (50 pts) 25 pts per 9 weeks 3. W.O.W. Words of the week (5 points per week) up to 60 pts for semester a. Students will receive a word of the week. They must define the word and write a sentence on how that word relates to physical education b. Students will be turning these in every 9 weeks. 4. Fitness Terminology (100pts) 50 pts per 9 weeks a. Using the outline provided. First 5 will be b. Define the term in relation to physical education c. Use a picture to represent the term. You can draw, use clipart, or a magazine picture. 5. Physical Activity Log (40 pts) 20 pts per nine weeks a.
