Website Migration
- Marketing, public website will launch with
approximately 4,000 pages in early July
- myUSF sites launching in July include ITS, Marketing
Communications, and Student Life sites
- Full list of websites and migration schedule
- By May 2016, all websites need to be migrated from
Ektron
URLs Changing
• Marketing, public website will use www.usfca.edu
• myUSF will use myusf.usfca.edu/(yoursite)
• Ektron websites not migrated to marketing site or
myUSF can still be accessed using
web.usfca.edu/(yoursite). This can be used now!
Look over any brochures, letters, emails, etc. that contain
www.usfca.edu URL references as these will need to be
updated in July and potentially throughout the year
Process for Non-Academic Websites
• Continue to update your website in Ektron, but use
web.usfca.edu/xxx
• Consider over the next year, when is the best time for
us to work with you on migrating your website and let
us know at webservices@usfca.edu
• Note any changes to current content and communicate
with us when it’s time for migration
Design Preview
• Show marketing/public site new designs
• myUSF site: isss
