Spitalfields Music Spitalfields Music is an arts charity based in Tower Hamlets. It is known for unusual and high quality programming and a ground-breaking commitment to its local community. These two themes run through its biannual classical music festivals and its year-round Learning & Participation Programme. The charity has become known for these two elements of its work weaving together and feeding each other.
