The Fare is built with a traditional island feel using local coral and Natangura for the roof (which is made from the leaf of the
Natangura Palm) and sourced from the local village.

separate toilet.
The Fare is an ideal Bungalow for holidays or perfect as short term accommodation while you build your main residence on one
of the several building sites within the property.
Both rooms have glass sliding doors with screens leading out to the timber deck area.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, sink, white coral bench top and natural wooden servery bench.
Water is pumped from a bore to a 1000 litre tank and then gravity fed to the kitchen and bathroom. As there is no
power supply a small solar system provides power along with a generator for back up.
The outdoor fire is perfect for cooking your BBQ or just sit around and relax to enjoy the fire in this tropical
environment.
Stroll 60 meters along a coral pathway from your deck to your private secluded beach or wander through the tropical
rainforest to one of the many other beaches and swimming holes within the estate such as the Olympic Pool and The Children’s
Beach.
