Scientific Substantiation of “G-DERM Professional” Cosmetic Line
Formula
• Cosmetic formulas of “G-DERM”, biosynthetic polymeric hyaluronic acid with new types of links used (See Table) obtained
as the result of application of original technology.
• The result of HA preparations action depends on HA percentage and on its molecular length. The minimum concentration
for moisturizing effect is 0.001%; for long-lasting deep moisturizing and lifting, HA in concentration of 0.5 – 1.5% is used.

Scientific Substantiation of “G-DERM Professional” Cosmetic Line
Formula
Cosmetic skin got its name due to fantastic similarity of tissular
composition of “cosmetic skin” and outer layers of human skin (Fig. 1A and 2).

Serums of “G-DERM Professional” Cosmetic Line
Interaction of “G-DERM” peptides with tissues is based on their
capability to penetrate through cell membrane and activate optimal
metabolism with the effect of tissue renovation. Serums “G-DERM
professional” contain regulating peptides (Desmosine, TrpPro, PheCysMet,
ProHisTyr, GlnHisHis).
• *Recommended hyaluronic acid concentrations in cosmetics in compliance with
FDA (2010) requirements are 0.1 - 1%.
• *Professional cosmetics: a) 0.5-1% (crème, gels, beauty milk, lotions, masques,
capsules and preparations for injections); b) 2.0-3.5% for creation of significant
volume effects as bioimplants.
“G-DERM professional” Cosmetic Skin
• Description: Elastic parchment-like skin-form masque of golden to light-brown color. Masque activator.
• Composition: hyaluronic acid, peptide complex (Desmosine, TrpPro, PheCysMet, ProHisTyr, GlnHisHis), hydrolyzate of
collagen – elastin complex.
Indications:
• Dewatered and very dry skin.
• Gravity ptosis.
• Small and deep wrinkles.
• Pigmentation and hyperpigmentation.
• Puffiness.
• Skin after excessive solar exposure.
• Dewatered and very dry skin.
• Reduced skin water balance.

“G-DERM” Cosmetic Skin
Methodic of “Matrix therapeutic remodeling”
• Action:
• Combats photo aging and biological aging.
• Moisturizes.
• Whitens.
• Levels skin relief.
• Has powerful lifting effect for face contours.
• Works at all levels of epidermis and derma.
Recommendations for use:
• Clean facial skin.
• Dilute the activator in 100 ml of warm water and plunge the
masque for 2-3 minutes.
• Apply the masque with its pebbled face to the skin and expand
to avoid crinkles and air pockets.
• Leave the masque for 35-50 minutes.
• Give additional moisture to the masque as far as it gets
polymerized.
• Moisturize and remove the tissue.
• On termination of the procedure, do not wash the face.
• Complete the procedure by application of finishing crème «GDERM».
• Adds to regeneration and modeling of skin matrix, as well as to restoration of
microvasculature and triggering of metabolic processes in the derma.
“G-DERM” Cosmetic Skin
Method of after-peeling bioplastical regeneration
with “G-DERM professional” cosmetic skin preparations
Indications for use:
• Plastics of investing tissues defects.
• Cutaneous cellular layers rehabilitation after beauty procedures (peeling, dermal
abrasion, etc.)
• For cellular technologies as the matrix for cultivation of “invitro” eukaryotic cells.
Method of use during after-peeling rehabilitation:
Step 1. Asepsis and antisepsis of traumatic surface
• Step 2. Laying of the material on the treated surfaces
• Step 3. Formation of biological crust: 15-20 minutes.
• Step 4. Observation over after-peeling area until complete cuticularization.
Two-Component Peeling
1,8% Hyaluronic acid buffer system, Polymer crystals.
Description:
Light gel consistency, transparent, odorless, with inclusions in the form of air bubbles.
Composition
Polymer crystal (100-200 МКМ), 1,8% hyaluronic acid, silver colloid solution, phosphate mixture, distilled water.
Indications:

Abrasive peeling procedure:
• Peeling is prepared before the procedure.
• Abrasive peeling preparation technology: add 1 ml of abrasive (sachet 2) to one part of
peeling gel 5 ml (sachet 1), stir for 2.5 min.
• Apply prepared peeling on clean face, neck and décolleté area skin, rub in peeling for 3-4
minutes along massage lines
• Remove remainders of abrasive peeling using wet cleansing tissue.
