Do apologize whenever required.
•
Do congratulate the student on his/her achievements even if you do not approve of
his/her ways.

Use time effectively and appropriately
•
Ask for feedbacks and take it positively as “Reflection is key to professional
growth”

Keep your mobile mute during class hours and even otherwise no fancy ring tones.
•
Be careful and polite in all types of communication
•
Do reply to every SMS or Emails sent by the student or the respective parents.

•
Maintain Professionalism in whatever you write by using appropriate language in your
emails. Proof read all the mails before sending it.
•
Maintain Confidentiality when it comes to students information and performance
•
Let all your mails be concise and to the point.
•
Answer all questions asked in tour email and pre-empt further questions.
•
Do not use CAPITALS for an entire email. Always use lower cases while typing as bold
letters signify a scream.
•
Don’t leave out the message thread.
•
Do not use CC if sending to a mailing list.
•
Take care with abbreviations and emoticons.
