Duties, Responsibilities and Skills: Assist with accounts receivables Assist with accounting recordkeeping and maintain all necessary paperwork associated with the position Be professional when conducting business for the Company Assist with verifying accuracy of daily sales invoices Prepare sales invoice batches to be posted to sales journal and accounts receivable detail aging report Assist with recording deposits and other cash receipts to the appropriate accounts receivable journals Assist with maintaining weekly rejection reports from rejected castings records to be distributed to management Prepare journal entries for month end Process customer billing for daily shipments Assist with summarizing sales activity, by customer for the month Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements High School degree plus one (1) years of accounts receivable/payable experience. An undergraduate degree or equivalent (desired but optional) Must be able to read and write in English Must be able to multitask Must be a good communicator Must possess good writing skills. Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in an unsupervised manner Must have reliable attendance, willing to work flexible hours, & work well with others Must perform other duties as assigned Proficient with 10 key calculator The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
