To add a link to an object 1. Select the text or graphic that you want to link. 2. Select INSERT LINK OR Select LINK from the object’s menu arrow. The INSERT LINK dialog box opens 3. Select the type of link you want to create. For example, to link to a website, select Web Page, type the web address in the ADDRESS box and press OK. A link button appears in the bottom-left corner of the selection rectangle. Click the button and your Web browser will open the website. 4. This will not display when the recording is played back. 4. Perform the actions that you want to record on the current page. 5. When you are finished, press/click STOP RECORDING A playback toolbar appears toward the bottom of the page. To play a page recording 1. 2. 3. 4. Display the page Press the PLAY button To pause the recording, press the PAUSE button To stop the recording, press the STOP button To remove a page recording 1. Display the page 2. Press the red EXIT button to the Play toolbar The recording will be saved if you save the notebook file.
