Activites: – Kaleena D. We took vans to New Years Eve part in Albert Lea. Was a success.
Cost of each van was 113.75 x 2 + $35.81 and $36.77 for fuel. So the total cost was $300.14.
We had $37 in donations leaving $63.41 over our $200 budget. We expected more
donations, as that is the reason we went over budget.

Ad-hoc Committee:
JJ – The tasks I have identified needing to be addressed so far are:
Approve Guidelines
Develop Timeline (including future web meetings)
Create a Do’s and Don’ts of GSU’s
Develop a list of projects for 2013 (gather from members) to create a budget
B2B Service System Ad-Hoc
February 16, 2013
Well I think we had a relatively successful event. Thank you to all who made it a wonderful time. I did
miss several of our communities and have already made contact with some key people in the identified
GSU’s (have no commitments). 
We were able to identify issues that really didn’t surprise us.
1. We need guidelines for service system
We can workshop these with ONLINE meetings and at our next LSU (11am)
2. Our local service system does not have the resources we need. (people, money)
Project: Workshop the 7th Tradition and Informational Pamphlets on “Money Matters” &
“Funding NA Services” in our Groups.
3. Our groups don’t send delegates to our local service bodies.
4. We are not responding enough to requests for N.A. in public facilities.
Increase H&I presence and hold PR events
Now it’s time for the next step.
In March we have our 2nd LSU this is where we will workshop/adopt the policy and set up the events
that will need project plans.
April will be a time for the potential LSB (current ASC Leadership) meeting.
May will be an LSU meeting where we will finish up any work on the policies hold elections and present
project plans.
In the mean time we need to get the GSU representatives and ASC leadership together for a planning
session.
I will have a full financial accounting of the Area/LSU Planning Assembly at our next meeting.
More will be revealed.
