The information I have comes from reading the minutes. The motion that the ASC directed me to put forth to remove Anthony B as RDA was not voted on because Anthony was not there to speak to it as he was at the Mid-west Zonal forum, and their was no B2B rep there to speak to the motion. If the ASC would like me to pick the motion back up at the next RSC you will have to let me know today. If the motion is not taken off the table it will fall off at the end of the RSC. The two other motions that were made both passed. Motion #329 to give, Bridging the Gap $250 for printing cost passed. As did Motion #330 To give the Northern Lights Area $500. The intent of this is to support the Northern Lights Area Bus Sign Public Relations effort. This is the same type of project the Region supported the B2B in with our bus bench project. Lastly I would like to encourage everyone to attend the fellowship assembly “creating our common welfare” next Saturday in Hutchinson. Scheduled start time is 11am. The RSC will also be meeting at the same location that day beginning at 9am.
