Approval of Minutes: Motion by Mike, 2nd by Amanda, Unanimously approved
Officer Reports
Chair
No report
RCM - Hello B2B area, I do not have much to report today because I was not able to attend the
RSC in February. The information I have comes from reading the minutes. The motion that the
ASC directed me to put forth to remove Anthony B as RDA was not voted on because Anthony
was not there to speak to it as he was at the Mid-west Zonal forum, and their was no B2B rep
there to speak to the motion. If the ASC would like me to pick the motion back up at the next
RSC you will have to let me know today. If the motion is not taken off the table it will fall off at
the end of the RSC. The two other motions that were made both passed. Motion #329 to give,
Bridging the Gap $250 for printing cost passed. As did Motion #330 To give the Northern Lights
Area $500. The intent of this is to support the Northern Lights Area Bus Sign Public Relations
effort. This is the same type of project the Region supported the B2B in with our bus bench
project.
Lastly I would like to encourage everyone to attend the fellowship assembly “creating our
common welfare” next Saturday in Hutchinson. Scheduled start time is 11am. The RSC will also
be meeting at the same location that day beginning at 9am.
That is all I have for today
Thanks for letting me be of service

Old Business
Main Motion 02-18-12-02 from last month regarding donations to Region, NAWS, UMSO and MZF.
Change was made to send $250 to each of the above named groups. Motion passed 6-0-4. I will make
sure the treasurer knows and sends out the checks.
We are still missing several service positions and it was brought to the attention of the committee that
Amanda B. would be willing to take on a new service position. After some discussion, it seemed that the
best fit at this point was Vice Chair. She spoke to her willingness and was voted in. Congratulations
Amanda!
New Business
No new motions were presented to the committee.
Other important notes
We will not be holding an ASCM in the month of April. JJ will be organizing a conference call for all those
who want to go through the newly proposed guidelines for the new service structure of the B2B Area.
The conference call is tentatively scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18th. JJ will be sending
out all the call information in a separate email.
Motion to close by Mike, 2nd by Chad
Meeting adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
