mathematics, social sciences (social
studies), and physical sciences.
Academic Policies and
Procedures



The Academic Affairs Policy Manual covers the
University’s academic policies and procedures.
Relevant Board of Regents policy is included where
appropriate. The authoritative source concerning
Board-approved policies and procedures governing
academic matters is the Board of Regents Policy
Manual. In the event of conflict with the Academic
Affairs Policy Manual, the Regents Policy Manual
prevails.

Conclusion
 From researching about the University
of Georgia, I am reminded of the vast
and numerous variety of choices that a
student has to study.
 The university or college experience is
unlike any other.
 Especially at major universities, a
student has the opportunity to meet a
large diverse culture of people from
countries all over the world.
