across two sites within the cluster. It will deliver
qualifications in allied health, automotive,
community services, construction, engineering and
furnishing to address skills shortages in the
occupations in local demand of Aboriginal and Torres
Strait Islander health worker, aged care worker,
assistant community services worker, community
services support worker, hospital assistant, nurse
(enrolled) and support services worker and the
trades of cabinetmaker, carpenter, fitter (general),
furniture finisher, joiner, metal fabricator, metal
machinist (first class), motor mechanics (general),
screen printer, sheetmetal trades worker and welder
(first class).
Funding was approved to establish the Bauernhof
Agricultural Trades Skills Centre. The Trades Skills
Centre includes the construction of a new facility
with theory and storage rooms, the refurbishment of
the propagation facilities and the poultry housing,
the upgrade of paddocks to securely maintain small
livestock and establish a weather station and also
the provision of equipment. It will deliver
qualifications in agriculture and horticulture to
address skills shortages in agriculture and
horticulture and in the trades of arborist and
landscape gardener.

provision of equipment across four sites within the
cluster. It will deliver qualifications in automotive,
engineering and transport and logistics to address
skills shortages in the occupations in local demand of
customer service assistant, dispatch and receiving
clerk, driver, packer and storeperson and in the
trades of diesel motor mechanic, fitter-welder, metal
fabricator, metal machinist (first class), motor
mechanics (general), motorcycle mechanic, small

infrastructure to address skills shortages in the
occupations in local demand of construction

logistics to address skills shortages in the
occupations in local demand of dispatch and
receivables supervisor, dispatch and receiving clerk,
freight compiler, freight handler, freight scheduler,
logistics clerk, storeperson, supply and distribution
manager and warehouse manager and in the trades
of diesel motor mechanic, motor mechanics
(general), motorcycle mechanic, vehicle body
builder, vehicle painter and vehicle trimmer.
