Objectives
Develop mobile apps that provide practical contents and services to cater for the needs of underprivileged groups , such as
Elderly
Persons with disabilities
Ethnic minorities
Single parents
Students from low-income families Homemakers
New arrivals

Eligibility and Capability
Non-profit social service organisation; or
Non-profit IT professional body or trade association
Understanding specific needs of target user groups; and
Possess IT expertise for developing the proposed apps

Responsibilities of Successful Applicants
Develop mobile app for underprivileged groups
Manage the project and solve project issue
Upload app to marketplace for public download
Sustain app for at least 2 years
Promote app to target users
Support publicity activities
Share source code to public
IP Rights OWNED by Applicant
