11, during study support in the auditorium
• Parent Running Start Meeting – March 24,
6:30 PM at Bethel High School.
Advanced Placement
• AP students will take an AP test in May –
approximately $95 AP test fee
• Interested students must read and sign the
AP contract.
• Scores of 3,4, or 5 may earn college credit
or waivers at college level
• AP is a predictor of completion of a 4-year
college degree.
• Don’t take too many AP and/or challenging
classes!
College in the High School
• Earn college credit from the University of
Washington.
• Cost: approximately $370

Pierce County Skills Center
• Technical programs to earn college and high
school credit.
• Attend GK 3 class periods and attend PCSC 3
class periods.

Fill Out the Form Correctly
• Locker Request – Check the box and list your
locker partner to request a locker for next year.
• Course Selection Forms are due in Careers by
March 6. Don’t forget a parent signature.
• Sign the AP Contract if signing up for an AP
class.
• YOU MUST HAVE A PARENT SIGNATURE ON
YOUR FORM PRIOR TO TURNING IT IN!!!!!
• Counselors will choose courses for students who
have not turned in completed forms by March 6.
