Pagination is the system by which text and
objects are manipulated to create the page
layout.
A widow is the last line of a multiline
paragraph that is split from the other lines in
the paragraph and wraps to the next page or
column.

Using Hyphens and Nonbreaking Spaces
Hyphenation setting allows a word at the
end of a line to split between syllables.
An optional hyphen is used to indicate
where a word can be divided.
A nonbreaking hyphen is a format used to
indicate hyphenated words that should not
be split if the hyphen falls at the end of a line.
