P6 Homework – 12/1/16
Happy New Year to you all! May I take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Mrs Donald and I am a
PGDE student currently on placement at Meiklemill Primary. Having already spent 6 weeks with the class in
2015, I am delighted to be back with the children throughout January.
May I reiterate Mr Ferguson’s words of Friday that our thoughts are with those who have been evacuated and
affected by the devastating weather of the past week.
Thank you to those who managed to find and complete the homework set on Friday based on our topic this
month of Space. I understand that it was very difficult for some pupils to access the homework online over the

PE
Reminder: Due to some recent issues with gym kit and the muddy weather outside, can I remind all pupils that
you should have a clean, dry pair of shoes at school for use in PE and if you need to change your outdoor shoes
due to your outdoor shoes being wet or muddy, thank you 
P6 have PE this term first thing on a Monday morning therefore if children were able to arrive promptly, they can
get in a few minutes before the bell to get changed.
