 Receiving inspection of Welding consumables, Plates for Tanks, piping
materials, valves, Insulation materials, Painting materials and
Structural materials.
 Bending profile verification of shell plates (according to layout),Layout
confirmations of Annular plates, Roof plates and Bottom plates belongs
to Tanks.
 Witnessing Oil penetration test ,Vacuum tests, Peaking & Banding
inspection, Plumpness verification, Reinforcing pad leak test,
confirmation of nozzle orientation markings on shell & Roof,
