Existing program evaluation administration has spent many paper works, human resources, monies and administration procedures. Objectives: This study was intended to find alternative method replacing manual process in medical education program evaluation Methods: A two years policy study intended to find alternative method replacing manual process in program evaluation has been conducted by medical education unit of Faculty of medicine Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia. The study was started with analysis of variety of electronic gadget and internet behavior among students and faculties followed by internet researching of available internet based survey program. We also discovered several internet based survey program platforms that frequently used and conducted research how to use the platforms in designated educational program evaluation. After learning how to use and familiar with content management, we used each of the programs in different occasions mainly by replacing previous paper based evaluation forms with one of these programs. We randomly sampling evaluate the educational sessions based on formality of the event and heterogeneity of the attendants to give richer comments and feedback for usability issue. Time and Cost analysis were conducted as denominators for finding the most reliable program. Results: Two well known internet based platform (paid and free services) were found to be most fit for purpose and promising tools as assistance in conducting program evaluation. Our board analysis revealed that the usage of these tools have given extremely time and cost friendly result compared to previous process. Most of the students and faculties believed the method should be incorporated in all program evaluation system and they would be featuring modern medical education. Investment in well capable IT resource person to be considered as essential prerequisite and key success factor in our case. Conclusion : Using combined online paid and free platform can help medical education to reduce paper works, human resources, monies and administration burden in conducting program evaluation. This study therefore aims to evaluate the results of off-hours and regular-hour pPCI in Harapan Kita Cardiovascular Hospital. Material and methods: This study included 238 consecutive ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) patients treated with pPCI from January 2011 for 13 months. We examines differences in hospital events including heart failure, bleeding, arrhytmyas, contrast induced nephropathy, cerebrovascular complication and mortality among STEMI patients undergoing pPCI during regular-hour (weekdays 8:00 am to 4.00 PM) and off-hour (weekdays 16:01 PM to 7:59 AM, weekend, holidays). Results: Overall, 185 (75.9%) patients underwent pPCI during off-hour. Baseline characteristics were comparable, no difference observed between off-hour and regular-hour pPCI in door to balloon (114.3 ± 64.4 vs. 100.5 ± 45.3 minutes, p=0.15) and procedure duration (41 ± 20 vs. 45 ± 24 minutes, p=0.32). No statistically significant difference also observed in-hospital cardiovascular events, length of stay as well as in hospital mortality of patients treated with pPCI during off-hour or regular-hour. Conclusions: Comparable door to balloon and outcomes were observed among STEMI patients underwent pPCI during off-hour and regular-hours. Key Words: Primary percutaneous coronary angioplasty, off-hour, door to balloon, outcomes Purpose: Hospital admission within thirty-five minutes after pain onset occurred is recommended to reduce ischemic time in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) . Hence, this study aimed to compare the recommended goal with daily practice in dr Saiful Anwar referral hospital. Methods: Patients with AMI were consecutively selected. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data regarding time of symptom onset and patients seeking treatment behavior. Hospital admission time was documented in the notes upon first contact at the referral hospital. Pre-hospital delay was defined as the time interval from symptoms onset to Saiful Anwar referral hospital admission that more than 35 minutes. Results: 63 Sixty-three AMI patients were recruited in this study (56.67 SD ± 10.19 years old, 68.3% male). All patients reported typical chest pain as their major complain. Hospital admission after symptom onset was 368.86±278.01 minutes. 9.5% of patients directly admitted to the referral hospital with average time of symptom onset 162.50±117.29 minutes. 15.87% patients implemented self- treatment with average time of symptom onset 319.70±167.02 minutes. 19.04% patients were admitted to the peripheral hospital prior to referral hospital admission with average time of symptom onset 244.58±278.45 minutes. 55.5% patients implemented self-treatment and admitted to the peripheral hospital prior to referral hospital admission with mean symptom onset 460.87±325.86 minutes. Patients implemented self- treatment and admitted to the peripheral hospital prior to referral hospital had significantly longer pre-hospital delay compared to those of implementing self- treatment only or direct admission to the peripheral hospital only (p = 0.001). The variation on peripheral-hospital length of stay contributed to the high variation of symptom onset. Conclusions: This study suggested that pre-hospital delay in patients directly to referral hospital was 162.50±117.29. Patients’ self -treatment and peripheral hospital admission prior to referral hospital admission have contributed to longer pre-hospital delay in AMI patients. The role of profilin infection by Toxoplasma gondii parasit in relation with adipocyt dysfunction is unclear until now. Toxoplasma gondii is intracelluler pathogenic parasit which able to infect all of nucleated cells, include adipocyte. This study was conducted to know the level of Toxoplasma gondii profilin in obese patient, compared to healthy subject. This study also conducted to know the level of IL-6 and IL-12 as inflammatory cytokine and to know the relationship between T gondii profilin and the level of IL-6 and IL-12 in obese patient This study was observational analytic using cross sectional design. The subjects were 65 obese patients and 10 healthy patients. After some interview, the subjects were performed antropometric measurement and then performed metabolic syndrome panel. The level of profilin, IL-6 and IL-12 was performed by using ELISA method The result showed that there was significant difference of provilin level in obese patients compared to healthy patients (p= 0,001; α= 0,05).Similar result was shown for IL-12, in which significant difference of IL-12 level was noted between obese and healthy groups (p=0.001, α=0.05). Independent t test for mean of IL-6 level revealed no significant difference of IL-6 level between obese and healthy group (p=0.068, α=0.05). Further research is needed to understand the relationship between increasing profilin level and other adipocytokines so that there will be more explainable pathomechanism of adipocyt dysfunction secondary to Toxoplasma gondii infection Keywords: profilin Toxoplasma gondii, IL-6, IL-12, obese Kwashiorkor can lead to decrease immune system and causes susceptibility to infectious disease, especially tuberculosis. Development of new tuberculosis vaccine will be an important strategy to eliminate tuberculosis in kwashiorkor. Previous research showed that 38-kDa Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein is one of the potent immunogen. However, the role of oral immunization with 38kDa Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein to the number of CD4+ lymphocytes in intestine of the rat model of kwashiorkor is still unknown. We used kwashiorkor rat model groups with 4% and 2% low protein diet. Oral immunization with 38kDa Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein given with 2 booster every week. The lymphocytes number were measured by immunohistochemistry. There was a significant difference between the number of CD4+ lymphocytes in the intestine of normal rat group and kwashiorkor rat groups. It may reveal the 38-kDa Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein could not increase the intestine CD4+ lymphocytes number from kwashiorkor rat model same as normal rat. In each age period there are certain development tasks that should be accomplished before moving to the later age period. In adolescence, they have to prepare themselves to become an adult. The development tasks in that period including being socially responsible, becoming more self sufficient, acquiring a set of values, interacting in a more adult ways, being physically mature and being emotionally mature. 6 Ns. Dian Susmarini, S.Kep.,MN Tokyo Jepang International Conference on Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences 2013 The difference impact of health education with jigsaw model and lecture method toward students knowledge improvement regarding free sex behavior 30-31 May 2013 People around adolescence play a vital role in making them mature and healthy, and importantly living through as an adolescent. During childhood, children depends on the parents in making decision and are tend to be close with parents. While in adolescence they begin to be independent and have a wider social life. Therefore, adolescent see and consider a lot regarding peer’s opinion. Physical and emotional growth, behavior and problem faced by adolescent influenced by people around them such as parents, friends, school, and environment including social, community, economic and media (Bobak, 2004). The concern today among adolescence is the increasing number of free sex behavior and the diseases caused by this behavior especially HIV. Even though this behavior is not the only cause for HIV, this is still become a major cause of HIV and other sexual diseases. Government has taken steps and made programs to prevent and diminish the diseases. School, community, informal organization, and media are means to socialize and control the adolescence behavior. In every school there is health program which is included in the student counseling program. Lessons and discussions about physical and emotional growth, problems and trends among adolescence were given to students during school time. Lecture method is commonly used in giving lessons about health education, as it is to other academic material. Jigsaw model has been used in many field of study, such as in class and even in online course. Its effectively was investigated through some research for certain academic material. For this reason, jigsaw model was proposed as a model to deliver health education. In this case, health information regarding HIV/AIDS become the material for this proposed model. 7 Dr.Med.dr.
