Birthdays
• Birthdays are very important to children. We will celebrate each
birthday near the closest day.
• Summer birthdays will be on their half birthday.
• Please do not send birthday invitations to school to be passed out
unless they are for all of the girls/boys or everyone.
Attendance
• Call our secretary, Mrs. Trumbley, or email me if you know your
child will be absent
• Check in at the office if you are tardy
• Send a note/email if there is a change in transportation or if you
know your child will be absent
DISMISSAL is at 3:49pm
•
Please do not come to the classroom to pick-up your child. Your
child will be dismissed by me and will meet you by the playground.
•
I will wait with your child for about 5-10 minutes after school is
over. If you are not there, I will then take them to the office to wait

Our school has adopted a 6-day cycle for instructional

equalized scheduling of the special subjects (music, library, gym).
The letter day schedule will rotate through the school calendar,
taking into account inservice days and holidays.
Please contact me if you have any questions about the specific
daily schedule
