Program
 Grant to match funds received as an SBIR/STTR
Phase I award and to encourage businesses to
apply for Phase II awards.
 Matches Phase I awards 1:1 with 75% paid at
the time of award and 25% paid at completion of
Ph I report and submission of Phase II proposal
 Receive one per year; max of 5 total

provided nearly 6000 hours of service across
North Carolina to more than 16 firms.
 Since its inception, over 70 firms have
leveraged thousands of hours of assistance
through the SBTDC’s MBA intern program.
