Report Format
•
You are required to submit 5 copies of your Final
Draft of the Internship Report to the Office of
Placement & Alumni (OPA) by Sunday, December 27,
2009. Please do not submit the Soft form of this Final
Draft Internship Report.
•
These copies should be attached separately in
a Clip File.
•
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK BIND ANYTHING AT
PRESENT.

Each of these 5 copies should be arranged in the following
manner:

Cover Page (should be titled: Final Draft Internship
Report)

Title Page (see the standard format)

Letter of Transmittal
(to be addressed to Mr. R. Tareque Moudud FCMA,
Director, Office of Placement & Alumni (OPA), American
International University-Bangladesh)

Letter of Endorsement
(please see the attachment – Students must complete the
Letter of Endorsement and get 5 printouts, to be attached to
each Final Draft Internship Report. The Letter of Endorsement
must be signed by the respective Supervisor before the
submission of the Reports to OPA.)





The Internship Report must be not less than 30 pages.
Contents of the Power Point Presentation

As part of the requirement for your Internship program, you are
required to defend your Final Draft Internship Report with the
help of a Power Point Presentation. This presentation must be
prepared highlighting the:
 Organization Overview
 Objectives
 Delimitation of the Study
 Methodology
 Analysis
 Findings
 Suggestions
 Conclusion
Duration of the Presentation

The
duration
of
the
power
point
presentation should not be more than 10
minutes. This will be followed by a question and
answer session of about 5 minutes with the Panel
Members.

You may consult your supervisor for any
assistance you may require with regard to the
power presentation.
Submission of the Presentation

The students are required to submit the
Presentation in soft form to OPA either in a
pen drive or a CD, by Monday, January 4,
2010.
Book Binding of the
Internship Report
Book Binding will be done AFTER the
Internship Defense.
 On the day of the Internship Defense we will
inform you what is to be done next.
 For further clarification please contact your
respective Supervisor or Office of Placement
& Alumni (OPA).

Important Dates for Internship
Fall 2009-2010 Semester


Internship Report Submission.

January 4, 2010 : Submission
of Power Point Presentation

January 6, 2010 : Internship
