Contests:
Prizes for contests are TBD and discussed with IDPR digital partners. Any legal terms or conditions
needed for the contests will be researched and implemented. We will be using Woobox.com to run the
contests on Facebook and partner sites; Instagram, Twitter, Vine, Google+. Code will be provided to our
partners such as the Ronald McDonald House to drop in their site and show the contest on their sites. As
soon as we are given the go-ahead these can be implemented in 3-5 days.
Ugly Christmas Sweater Photo Contest:
Run time: TBD 9/1-12/31
Features of contest:
o Voting and Submission via Facebook or using a specific hashtag # on Twitter or
Instagram
o Shareable photo entries to friends and family on social media and email
o Rewards for sharing with friends
o Collect email addresses from entrants for email database
o Shares vote action with voters friends via Facebook
o Mobile compatible
o Contest can be embedded in any website

Users become fans, enter, vote and invite friends from Facebook
Winner: Top voted Ugly Christmas Sweater wins!
Main Contest will run on both the Christmas Facebook page and the Angels Sing Facebook Page.
Beautiful Christmas Memory Contest:
Run time: TBD 9/1-12/31
Features of contest:
Contestants will send an email to us with a picture that represents their memory and their short
essay about their Christmas memory to a dedicated email : Memories@AngelsSingTheMovie.com.
Entries will be collected weekly and then submitted individual via a blog section on the Angel's Sing
website. Social voting will be added to each post and each post with be promoted on the Angel's Sing
Facebook and Twitter. Anyone who wants to can post the blog feed on their site so all the articles show
up there as well.
Winner: Most viewed and shared Christmas Memory will win the contest.
Christmas Carol Competition:
Proposed entry categories: Groups and Solo individuals. Groups include Churches, organizations, choirs,
etc. We can add different categories depending on adoption and submission.
Run time: TBD 9/1-12/31
Features of contest:
o Voting and Submission via Facebook or sharing a video from Vine, Instagram or YouTube
o Shareable photo entries to friends and family on social media and email
o Rewards for sharing with friends
o Collect email addresses from entrants for email database
o Shares vote action with voters friends via Facebook

o Users become fans, enter, vote and invite friends from Facebook
Entry categories/subs: Church Choir; Children, Youth, Adult, Jr. High and High School, College, Military,
Choral Group or Individuals
Winner: Most voted in each category wins that category.
Christmas Decorating Contest:

Decorations for Christmas Tree, House, Car, Pet, Boat, Cactus etc.

For all events including stops at games, churches, festivals, etc.:
In order to get the content from fans who are singing karaoke or interacting with the team, we will
instruct everyone to use #(cityname)AngelsSing and post their photos to their own instagram, vine,
Facebook or twitter. We will be able to see them on our end and will pull the content.
Example:

Marshall Morris- Campaign overview, growth and viral management, engagement strategy and user
acquisition.
Jamey Foster - page and media design, implementation, contest management, webmaster
Cassidy Perry - social page management, content posting, responding to fans
Communication: 1- 2 weekly hour long calls Tuesday, Thursday or Friday afternoon PST (as needed for
updates)
Submission of all materials for social media: #AngelsSing and post to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or
Vine -or- email to SM@WhenAngelsSing.com. We will get it and post it.
Action Plan
Week 1:
1. Reservation, Setup and page design of all social media:

2. Setup and design all contests pages, design etc.
3. Start building fanbase on pages through Facebook ads.
4. Setup social media and online reporting.

Week 2:
1.Start scheduling base of content across social platforms for the next 60 days.
2.Design HTML emails for Ronald McDonald House and organizations to use for fundraising.
3.Design banners and setup links that our supporters can use to promote the film online to their base.
4.Reach out to Star Cast's social media managers and work on a strategy of content sharing and
promotion.
5. Continue building fan base through Facebook ads.
6.Once site is up, setup blog for posting and setup widgets to provide social feeds for the contests and
activity.

Week 3 and moving forward:
1.Launch contests and manage entries.
2.Facebook ads to promote the pages and contests.
3.Design of posts and scheduling of posts across all social media moving forward.
4.Engaging and managing Facebook fans.
5. Business development to get audience coverage and exposure for our contests on other social
media pages and websites.
