Further one graduate Civil Engineer in each Traffic District i.e. eleven shall also be available with the Signal Maintaining Agency. Clause No. 3 (Chapter-2) of eligibility/technical experience:- (Page No. 3) 2 .The bidder shall provide one maintenance mobile team per 60 signals/blinkers consisting of one qualified graduate Engineer having Degree in Electronics & one ITI/Diploma Holder qualified Electrician, who possess good knowledge of the traffic conditions with necessary supported staff. The maintenance vehicles should have a GPS system, Log Book and adequate equipped/fitted with wireless sets for easy communication equipments shall be provided to service or install cantilever pole and signal aspects as per requirement of Delhi Traffic Police for ensuring 95% uptime of traffic signals/blinkers in entire NCT of Delhi. i) The successful bidder (s) shall provide 5 (Five) Emergency Response Teams (one for each range) consisting of technical manpower as mentioned above for mobile team in area of his responsibility during the night from 10 P.M. to 8 A.M. The bidder shall have minimum 38 (22+11+5) B.Tech qualified Engineers. How many ITI/Diploma holder Electricians are required.
