Please read the following notes carefully before completing the application form.
1. The date of 8th Regional Euro Atlantic Camp 2015 - REACT 2015 is Friday 28th August through
Wednesday, September 02nd. Participants are expected to arrive on Friday 28th August and attend the
opening ceremony in the afternoon while the departure is set to Wednesday, September 02nd.
2. ALPHA Centre will consider applications submitted from June 9th to July 20th. Only successful
candidates will be notified by 25th July.
3. Your application to REACT 2015 will be assessed on the basis of the information you provide on this
form. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
4. All applicants must name one referee whom we may consult about their application.
5. REACT 2015 is taught in English. Applicants are expected to be proficient in the use of English.
6.
REACT 2015 is open for all interested candidates including those who had already participated in
previous camps.
7. A number of participants is limited.
8. This tuition fee is 50,00 euro and it includes:
-
Cocktail at opening ceremony
Tuition (all lectures, workshops, discussions as mentioned in the program)
Working materials (bag, notebook, pen, agenda, flag)
Sport, culture and social events
Reading materials (electronic versions of all lecturers will be at your disposal)
Housing and 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) starting from the dinner on Friday 28thAugust
to the breakfast on Wednesday 02nd September
Excursion including all tickets and visitors fee

9. Travel costs for the successful candidates from Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia) will be reimbursed in 50%.

Successful candidates from other countries will cover travel costs by their own.
10. Please check the eligibility criteria before submitting your application form (see below).
The Managing board of the REACT 2015 will consider applications from candidates that fulfil the
following basic criteria:

Applicants should prove their interest in or professional experience with the topics of the REACT
2015 (Motivation Letter)

The REACT 2015 is open to graduate (last year graduate) and postgraduate students (social / political
studies, humanities or economics), scholars, researchers & experts working in think tanks and
academic institutions, practitioners, employees of security sector institutions and civil servants as well
as for the government and civil sector representatives dealing with euro-atlantic integrations matters
in the target countries, young members of political parties.

The age limit for participants at the REACT 2015 is: not older than 35 years
11. Complete Application form (typed in Times New Roman 12), CV and a Motivation Letter may be

Please note that organizers will cover 50% of travel costs to participants from the region (Albania, Bosnia
and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia). Participants out of region have to fully cover
their travel to and from Podgorica (or Vucje). ALPHA Centre will provide organized transport to/from Vucje
(place of venue) from/to Podgorica.
