People are still seen as resource or later as assets by most of the organization How can people be resource ? Resource is something which has no independent will and is to be used by other but people have free will and are dynamic. people are talent and are conscious of growth and make conscious decisions out of choices available.

The days of hiring hands and head are over, people are now conscious of their heart and humanness.

Organization should think of hiring the whole individual .

Organization should think of adding purpose to pay .

As an individual, how do you perceive yourself? Are you a resource or talent. A resource has no independent will and is used by others. A resource is like being a computer ,to operate as programmed with set instructions. but a talent is the one who is conscious of all his mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Computers will replace individuals who do not build consciousness of all these 4H.

EQ and HQ will be given equal importance in order to fuels creativity, innovation, and an enterprising spirit.

Today roughly half of LEADERS really believes and buy into the importance of human side of enterprise and that people are truly the competitive advantage of their organizations and 3D’s mission is to change the perception of the other half of

MANAGERS.

Compensation and rewards are still important, however they are no longer enough to attract and retain people.

To engage a whole employee the role have to be highly challenging and climate greatly supportive.

Class room trainings with video based presentations, On the Job trainings, Development action plans.

Transfer-

Handholding the organisation to take over by appointing facilitators/Champions from within the organisation.
