Snacks For our clinic nights (2 nights a week) for our doctors and nurses. Individually
wrapped items like granola bars or cheese crackers are best. 40-80 needed per month.

 Need 2 Digital Cameras with Memory Card. 1 camera will be used for our program
activities and events and 1 camera in our main office for outreach, networking and

Agape Development
 3 bunk beds that come apart so they can be stored - (new or used) Agape Development
hires college students as interns to help run both our teen summer camp and our
children’s summer camp. Housing is included in these internships. Our summer interns
help Agape Development mentor the children and youth through worship, planned
outings, and lessons - plus they are much needed support to our full-time staff. These
bunk beds will be used for the interns each summer, then stored when not in use.

WorkFaith Connection
 Freezer – We are so grateful to have food donated to feed our students while they are
participating in the job readiness boot camp. All of the donations we receive we need to
freeze until the time has come to use them. This freezer will help us be good stewards of
each gift of food given to our graduates. (1.1 cu.ft, True 0°F capability, Manual defrost,
lock w/key, wire shelf)
 Water Cooler - Hot and cold water for our Travis Location. At our other location we have
a wonderful ice/water machine that helps us save money on water bottles while still
keeping our Graduate hydrated when in class. We would like to offer the same great
amenities to our Travis location. AND they get to learn what conversations at the water
cooler really look like before starting their new job!

Generation One

Fiberglass Ladders for group painting project to prep, scrape, and paint the entire house
to help beautify our neighborhood, discourage wood rot, and make a connection with the
homeowner. These additional ladders will allow us to increase the number of projects that
we are able to work on simultaneously. We need 6 ft. ladders (8), 8 ft. ladders (4) , and a
16 ft. extension ladder (1)

Agape Development
 2 4-drawer locking file cabinets - Locking file cabinets will allow us to keep personnel files
and petty cash locked up safely without concern that it could be easily accessed without
permission.
 1 desk & office chair - (new or used) Agape Development is expanding staff by hiring an
Executive Assistant. This new person will help grow Agape Development’s presence in
the neighborhood as they will also live in the area we serve, as well as they will assist
program staff as they continue to reach out to our community.
The Nehemiah Center

We need four 12" Woodcrest Chairs. Our Pre-K student chairs are great for the little
ones, however, a few of the chairs’ legs are splitting and becoming unsafe to use. (12"

The Stand-Up Magnetic Design Center is one fantastic teaching tool. Our Pre-K
teachers can use this throughout the day, helping the students learn shapes, numbers,
letters and word sounds. The center doubles as a white board. Stand-Up Magnetic

Workfaith Connection
 5x7 Spiral journals (50 all the same). These journals will be used for our WorkFaith
Academy Retreat! This will be a great event for rejuvenation for our graduate to rest,
learn and spend time with the Lord at our office. We are looking forward to hosting this
event! We need these journals to give to our graduates so they can record their prayers
and thoughts during the retreat.



WorkFaith Connection

Two tiered rolling cart. Every Tuesday night The WorkFaith Connection hosts Celebrate
Recovery. We transform our lobby with chairs for a service and feed all those who come.
Everything moves a lot faster when we have a cart to help in this setup and tear down
each week.

12 to 18 wooden chairs with cushions for comfortable seating when ministering and
praying with patients-preferable if all of them are the same color and design. For now, we
have been using metal folding chairs and we would like to replace them.
2 Executive Desk chairs in good condition with rollers.
Wooden Office Bookcase (Dark wood and 6 ft. tall) for our office.
2 Matching sofas or loveseats and a Coffee Table for our new lounging area (solid color,
fabric or leather) to have meetings or discussions in an informal setting.

Agape Development
 1 commercial two-blade lawn mower - (new or used) Agape Development has purchased
several lots in our target neighborhood. In the future, these lots will be used as
community gardens/gathering areas, to build affordable housing for current residents,
and just as investment property. Agape Development would also be able to provide a
paying job to a neighborhood resident if we owned a commercial lawn mower.

 1 Power washer - (new or used) The power washer will serve a two-fold purpose. Our
building is white and often needs a good cleaning due to all the hands (and feet) that are
often put on it. The local teens could also use the power washer to earn extra money.

Tickets/Gift Cards
Aldine Family Hope Center
 65 Houston Rodeo Tickets and Bus Rental for our Healthy Wealthy Wise, After School
Program. The Rodeo will be used as an enrichment opportunity to expose our kids to
American Agriculture- Need by Feb 27th (for plans to attend Rodeo the week of March
16th -20th).
 10-20 $5.00 Gift Cards for our Teen Enrichment Academy (to various restaurants, such
as, McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, Subway, Burger King). The gift cards are used as
incentives to reward our teens for class participation, team building exercises and
attendance.
Agape Development
 Rodeo tickets esp. carnival package deals - Outings to the rodeo are a great way for our
staff and committed volunteers to spend relaxed and casual time with our teens and
children as they continue to spread the love of Christ and lead through example. Carnival
tickets needed for March 14-22 in groups for 2-6 people, which is spring break week.

 Hobby Lobby gift cards to purchase craft items for Children's and Senior Adult ministry at
Joy Center. The total amount needed for all supplies is $300.
 Home Depot gift cards totaling $250 to purchase 5 gallons of white paint for interior
painting at the Fletcher Center.

 1 Freestanding punching bag (new or used). This punching bag will be used in the
Taming the Hulk series. Many of the teenagers in our neighborhood teens have faced so
many obstacles. This series teaches them how to address some of their anger and
frustrations. This punching bag will be a way for them to safely release some of their
aggression and frustrations as they work through their feelings.

something calming, peaceful and enjoyable for all our staff and Graduates.
Cornerstone Family Ministries

10x10 storage unit in the Spring Branch Area to store program supplies (sports
equipment, summer camp equipment, etc…) and other larger items that Cornerstone
uses throughout the year. Since we do not own a building it is important for us to have a
space outside of the office to store items. Prefer a donation space or very low cost


Chief Medical Officer Position. Candidate is an MD or DO, likely in general practice or the
OB/GYN field, that serves patients with compassion and has strong leadership skills to
lead and inspire our client service professionals, nurse practitioners, registered nurses,
and medical professional advocates. It is a position that requires the medical practice
skill-set, business acumen, and a passion for the lives of our clients, their families, and
their unborn children.

Volunteer Needs
Aldine FHC
 4 Resale Shop Volunteers (Female or Male Age 25 & Up) must be able to lift 25 pounds,
climb, bend, pull and sit or stand for long periods of time. Volunteers are needed to help
sort, hang, organize and stock clothing and household items in our Resale Shop. We are
asking volunteers to consistently volunteer 2-4 hours per week between the hours of 9:00
am and 3:00pm, Mon-Fri. Volunteers will need to complete our Volunteer Registration

Math tutor for a little girl in the first grade who “just can’t seem to get it”.
Three children in one family (ages: 15, 10, 8) have a keyboard and would like someone
to give them piano lessons. Lessons could be arranged after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays or
anytime on weekends.
The Nehemiah Center
 Bus Driver (with CDL License) to drive Middle School Students on Field trips, Fridays,
between 2:00-4:00pm.
 Music Teacher for the Nehemiah Middle School. Teaching music one hour, preferably
one day per week.
 Tutors-one day a week (or more) tutoring an elementary or Middle School student,
focusing on improving math or reading skills. (We promise that you as a volunteer can
easily handle multiplication tables, flash cards, and reading with the student.) We need
volunteers throughout the day.

 Childcare during clinics Tuesday or Thursday nights (6pm-8:30pm) for children 4-8 year
olds.
 2 Cleaning Volunteers on a Tuesday or Thursday Night 8:30-9:30pm or Wednesday

Generation One

We need a small group that is willing to purchase, pack and deliver healthy lunches for
the kids at Generation One Academy. We are needing some new teams to help the team
at Pruning Hooks efforts to make sure every day is covered. Pruning Hooks organizes
and recruits teams that have provided every lunch for the past 2 years. The group packs
the lunches, including a printed scripture, and prays over each child by name while
packing. Your team can take just 1 day or maybe a few a month.

WorkFaith Connection

Provide salvation/celebration lunch for WorkFAITH retreat for Graduates (70 people).
Entrée, drinks and dessert. Serving is optional. Minimal set up.

Graduation Igniters: Many of our graduates have burned bridges with their loved ones
and, as a result, often do not have anyone in their lives to celebrate their achievements
with them. Graduation Igniters are needed to provide audience support and celebratory
encouragement to commencing graduates. These volunteers will not only attend the
Graduation but also assist with set up and tear down before and after the event. The
opportunities are 2:30pm to 4:00pm on Friday afternoons. January 30th (Travis), February
13th (Travis), February 20th (Dacoma)

Mock Interviewers: One of the most important things we teach in our workshop is how to
answer difficult interview questions. Mock Interviewers help reinforce these skills by
conducting practice interviews with students of our program. By asking interview
questions and providing feedback at the end of each interview, these interviewers help
instill hope, confidence, and trust. The opportunities are 12:30pm to 4:00pm on Thursday
afternoons. January 19th (special time1-4), January 29th, February 19th
The Mission of Yahweh
 Volunteers needed to mentor our women residents for a minimum of 1 hour per week for
a 6 week commitment. The next program starts in March.
 Tutors needed for women and children with flexible hours.
 Volunteers to help in our newly remodeled Thrift Store 1-2 days a week for 3-4 hours a
day. All positions needed from Cashier, Stock room, Intake Sorters, In-kind donations.
Requirements: some retail experience and customer service orientation.
 Volunteers to help with Child Care for children ages 2-13 Evenings and Weekend Events/
1-2 hours once a week, month or one-time events. Great project for Girl Scouts and
youth groups that are 14 years and older.
