• Intimately connected to the forces of creation and passionate about serving Life, I bring clarity to complex situations and communicate with profound openness to give expression to the sacred masculine by opening spaces for deep personal transformation and creating systems and structures that leverage that transformation into the collective sphere.

The Beauty of Life knows no bounds

• My life is poised in delicate surrender to Life and this greatly affects the strategy I am putting in place.
• I realize that it is my greatest desire to anchor the core message that sits at the start of this presentation.
• Creating a sustainable business is secondary but the strategy will lead to that in the event my Life opens out in that way.
• If not, then my written words will be available for others to carry on.

• I have written over 100 books.
• Most are stories of my mythic journeys.
• Strategy is to use one book “Back from the
Brink” as the spine of the message.
• Make others available on e-books.

• Using the lessons from a journey with cancer to help heal the planet.
• This book is currently under production (190 pages written).
• I have a team of 16 people who have committed to help review it and make sure it flows and reads well. A dedicated Facebook community has been established for this purpose.
• Part II of this book will outline practical ways that these teachings can be implemented.

• Implementation strategies will include the following:
 Embracing your mythic reality to invoke radical selfacceptance and deep healing.
 Leveraging your personal journey through an evolutionary relationship with Life.
 Birthing the sacred wisdom of the twelve essences.
 Sacred structure and its role in supporting the change movement.
 Becoming an inter-dimensional ambassador.

• Radical acceptance and evolutionary relationships will be developed into on-line training programs.
• The twelve essences will be developed as a more advanced mythic relationship program that will lead into being an inter-dimensional ambassador.
• Bringing sacred structure to the change movement will form the core of a high-end service targeted at NGOs and the next level of organisation, which I call
Evolutionary Change Organizations (ECO)
• All of these programs will be designed to equip people with the skills necessary to make the fullest contribution to global transformation.

• Each of the core practical areas will be developed into a separate book.
• Perhaps only 60-100 pages.
• Initially e-book only.
• Structured for easy development into on-line courses and other related service packages.

• I plan to establish a small, intimate team of people who are fascinated by my work and excited to read some of the 100 books
I’ve written.
• The purpose of this group will be to help me establish which ones are most likely to meet a global need at this critical point in time.
• In return they will get to be part of a dynamic, intimate team where growth will be at the core of the journey.
• They will also have free access to all the courses I develop and run on-line over the next 2 years, as well as the opportunity to take part in pilot trials to develop those courses where they will have direct access to me.
• This is not an editing function: only a reading and dynamic discussion to determine what books hit the target.

• The desire to publish numerous of my books dictates a strategy where I either develop the skills or have someone who has the skills to easily produce e-books and have them put on Amazon.
• Cannot afford to be paying the full publishing price for a third-party self-publisher.
• I do plan to use such a self-publishing support company for “Brink” which will be released in paper back as well.

• The short term focus is on completing “Brink”
• While that is being reviewed I will write the first two e-books:
 Radical acceptance.
 Evolutionary Relationships.
• Turn focus onto platform building once first draft of those two are done.
• Program is provided later in presentation.

• My current platform is very small.
• Evidence from on-line communities I share on is that my writing is extremely well received.
• I have 23 pages of excellent “comments” that could easily be turned into testimonials.
• Need to build on that strategy.

• I will maintain directional control of platform building and provide all content.
• Will need to outsource the technical aspects and the networking and integration of material to make sure it is used effectively.
• I will learn everything I need to know to effectively project manage this activity.
• My life situation means I am not willing to compromise my writing and communication to do this myself.
• Budget allowance for Virtual Assistant is $10,000.

• Decision will be needed to decide whether the
Virtual Assistant can manage this or whether to utilize one of the available custom systems such as “Coaches Console.”

• Additional tech support may be required depending on the skills of the VA.
• Web site current based on Weebly.

• Currently have a number of domain names
• Will need strategic advice on branding and on consolidation of web sites.

• On-line programs for:
 Radical Acceptance (includes but certainly not limited to working with cancer patients)
 Evolutionary Relationships (leveraging personal transformation into the collective sphere.

• Focus on getting books published
• Then start building a platform of loyal readers and watchers through various means.
• Use these means to communicate concepts and generate interest.
• Offer free e-books.
• Pilot training programs with friends.
• First public offering not till Spring 2016.
• Not concerned about generating income prior to that.
• Look to create a very sound, tight community that is committed to following my writing then leverage that into programs.
